3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Registration and Security

Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify puna33 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. puna33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain proper security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

puna33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

puna33 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by puna33. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB), with longer processing times possible during weekends and public holidays. puna33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

5.3 Fees and Limits

puna33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and verification status. Withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by puna33 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or exploiting technical glitches, is strictly prohibited. puna33 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse. Any pattern of play designed solely to exploit bonus offers rather than for genuine entertainment will be considered abuse.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Active bonuses and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. You cannot withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play until all wagering requirements have been met. puna33 reserves the right to deduct bonus funds from your balance upon withdrawal if wagering requirements have not been completed.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All games on the puna33 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. You agree to play all games fairly and in accordance with their published rules. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, or use automated betting software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

7.2 Game Results

All game results, sports betting outcomes, and togel draw results are final and binding once confirmed. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the event date. puna33 will investigate all legitimate disputes, and our decision will be final. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets and pays are void.

7.3 Betting Limits

puna33 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict bet sizes, or decline any wager at our discretion. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and are displayed in the respective game rules. We reserve the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of technical glitches.

8. Responsible Gaming

puna33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activities, including:

• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per session, day, or week.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the puna33 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to others
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial transactions
• Collusion with other players or any form of cheating
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff members
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or commercial betting syndicates

10. Limitation of Liability

puna33 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, puna33 disclaims all liability for:

• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Errors in game software, odds display, or results reporting
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security
• Loss of data or corruption of account information
• Actions of third-party payment processors or banking institutions
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using our services and close your account. In no event shall puna33's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your puna33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification). Accounts with zero balance for 12 consecutive months may be automatically closed.

11.2 Termination by puna33

puna33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to our operations or other users. Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled according to official results, and any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to puna33.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 25,000 per month. You will be notified before any fees are applied and may reactivate your account by logging in.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where puna33 operates. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. You may submit a complaint to our customer support team at [email protected]. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs in any arbitration proceedings. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
